Trim/Cabinets (10) Smalygo Properties Inc takes great pride in trim work. We believe this sells more houses than anything else. This is what we are known for. We use mostly stained trim work with many sizes/patterns, dimensions of floor base, crown moldings, library paneling, wood cased windows, etc. Staircases offer stained or painted materials with owners selection of wood and/or wrought iron staircase. Cabinets are custom built with numerous species of wood (oak/ash/maple/pine/cherry and knotty pine). Owners schedule time to meet with either salesman at site location of at showroom to discuss changes, alternatives and/or options.
